שלום

אני שוקלת 110 קילו ואני רוצה לרדת במשקל, חברה הציעה לי להשתמש בדיאטת hcg.

קראתי באינטרנט שדיאטת ההורמון הזו לא בריאה מפני שהיא מכילה הורמונים.

מצד שני פה http://www.vitamin.022.co.il/BRPortal/br/P102.jsp?arc=568167 כותבים שזה לא מכיל הורמון הריון.

מה עושים? האם מישהי יכולה לעזור לי בזה?
